全澳房价中位数及增长最快区公布，悉尼3个区占据前三

房地产分析公司PropTrack的最新数据显示，悉尼的3个区是2023年全澳购房最贵的。位于Lower North Shore的Longueville以惊人的577.5万澳元的中位房价位居全国之首。

据《先驱太阳报》报道，东部的Dover Heights以555.3万澳元位居第二，紧随其后的是悉尼北部的Clontarf，房价为552.3万澳元。今年9月，Longueville一处位于Arabella St的深水滨水地产打破了2000万澳元的销售纪录，在其意向表达期结束前以逾2200万澳元的价格售出。

同一份PropTrack报告还揭示了过去12个月房价增长最高的3个区。位于珀斯东南边缘的Armadale以34%的年度房价增长率位居榜首。紧随其后的是南澳的Elizabeth North，同期增长率为30%，昆州的Riverview以24%的年增长率位居第三。

这些数据基于PropTrack的自动估值模型，涵盖了房屋和公寓的综合数据。Armadale的增长爆炸并不会让一些人感到惊讶，因为有3份不同的报告将其列为2023年珀斯最佳投资区之一。包括Canstar的Rising Stars报告，以及Hotspotting和Openlot网站，都将Armadale列为投资热点。
